Terms and Conditions

The prices include all the amenities/facilities mentioned in the website, 13% VAT, housekeeping service, meet and greet, welcome pack and full concierge service.

Payment

Your booking is confirmed after the deposit payoff (30% of total rent). Our customers are expected to pay the full amount upon arrival. Both cash and bank transfers are acceptable.

Cancellation

Deposit is non refundable unless there is a serious reason to cancel your booking.

Checking in/out

The prefferable check in day is Saturday. You can check-in anytime between 17.00 and 1.00 (am), and check out in the morning until 10.00.
